By registering with GPAuctions.ca or any of its associated domains or companies you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to all of the terms, conditions, rules and regulations stated below and anywhere else within this website without reserve or modification.

You certify that all of the information you have provided to GPAuctions.ca on your registration is genuine, truthful and accurate and you undertake to update and maintain the accuracy of these registration details.

YOUR BID IS YOUR CONTRACT

Malicious, false and non-paying buyers / bidders (anyone who bids or is high bidder on items but have no intention of completing the transaction) will have their membership cancelled. You must be at least 18 years old to register. If you use this site, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and restricting access to your computer and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account and password.

Successful bidders will be notified by an auto-responder e-mail. 

Items will be available for pickup and payment two business days following the close of the auction.

Payment can be made via credit card, cash, or debit at the Pattison Media GP Offices. A Credit Card will be required to hold your item for cash payments. Applicable taxes will be calculated. Vouchers will be available for pickup after payment has been received, and has been processed.

Participants must register prior to placing a bid. Please note that your username will be visible on bids. Avoid using private information such as your email or phone number as a username.

This is an Internet Only Auction, there is NO telephone bidding and NO in-person bidding.

Bidding will close at the stated times OR when all in-coming bids cease. There is a snipe guard in place.

All merchandise is subject to applicable taxes collected by Pattison Media LTD. All gift certificates are subject to applicable taxes collected by the merchant upon redemption of the voucher.

Pattison Media is not responsible for clerical errors, technical errors, or omissions.
